Abuse and copyright
Version 2026-08-10.1
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@hanovertech.net with the address of the application and a description of the problem. We review every report. For an active threat — phishing, malware, a credible threat to a person — we suspend first and investigate immediately after.
Copyright — notice and takedown
Hanover Tech LLC responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to dmca@hanovertech.net.
Designated agent: to be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office before public onboarding opens. Until that registration is complete, notices are handled at the address above under the same process.
A complete notice includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you say infringes it and where to find it; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.
On receipt of a complete notice we remove or disable the material and notify the customer. The customer may send a counter-notice; if they do, we forward it to you and may restore the material after ten business days unless you tell us you have filed an action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.
Emergency suspension
We may suspend a project immediately, without prior notice, where it is actively distributing malware, conducting phishing, exposing personal data, or presents a credible threat to a person. We tell the customer why as soon as the immediate risk is contained, and describe what would restore service.
